About the Role
We’re looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager to own a range of inbound marketing and content marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels globally. This is a newly formed position to support the business to achieve growth goals in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director and our Sales team to execute and monitor campaigns, partner with agencies and freelancers, and work with stakeholders across the business.
The role is a mix of managing other staff and freelancers, as well as implementation and analysis, plus overseeing quality of work and output. If you are adaptable, data driven and enjoy collaborating across multiple departments this role will be a great fit.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategy: Contribute to the marketing strategy to achieve new business growth goals and ROI in our global market across various segments. Adjust and pivot the strategy alongside the company vision and investment levels
- Content: Manage the development of content across Blogs, Resources (middle and bottom of funnel) with inhouse staff, Agency and freelancers to drive performance in organic rankings and to nurture leads through the funnel. Assess content performance and collaborate with stakeholders in Sales to assess results and generate ideas.
- Account Based Marketing: Lead the development of an account-based marketing strategy and execute it for priority enterprise accounts.
- Sales Alignment: Coordinate with Sales VP and Sales leaders on campaign planning and feedback to optimize results.
- Lead Nurturing: Own the strategy for HubSpot email nurtures, workflows, segmented lists in top and middle of funnel.
- Lead Scoring: Develop lead scoring system, manage, assess and optimise
- Segmentation: Develop programs to segment by customer type and nurture based on segmentation insights.
- Reporting: Set up reporting with Rev Ops team to measure the funnel and ROI
- Decision Making: Use information at hand to make decisions that support business performance outcomes including growth and ROI. Facilitate discussions and collaboration.
- Systems and Processes: Develop new processes where required to help with efficient project management and reduce errors and re-work
- Financial & Budget: Align resources and focus to meet the VTO (company vision). Keep across spend levels and budgets. Deliver on the set department KPIs including: CPL, CAC, LTV, new business revenue and ARPC.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience - SaaS / Tech / Enterprise experience will be highly regarded
- Experience implementing marketing programs in mid-market and enterprise segments
- Experience with inbound marketing as well as familiarity with proven tactics for content, SEO, and social media
- Experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub and CRM highly regarded
