Who We’re Looking for:
Therabody is looking for a creative and collaborative Lifecycle Marketing Copywriter to join the marketing team. This role will be responsible for creating all email and SMS messaging that is clear, concise and delights our customers into purchasing Therabody products.
This role will be responsible for honing and expressing the voice of the fastest growing wellness technology brand. This position will work directly with the VP of Brand Voice, the Director of Lifecycle Marketing and cross-functionally with Design, Content and E-Commerce teams to support brand creative and product launches across all Therabody email and SMS messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop concise, engaging conversion copy for email, SMS and push notifications that is on brand, concise, and grammatically correct
- Collaborate on strategy and provide recommendations for best practices for lifecycle marketing efforts, especially as related to copy
- Leverage consumer insights and trends to inform copy approach and craft customer-facing materials
- Work closely with lifecycle designer to identify the best possible user experience for our customers and execute on same
- Present strategies and work to the marketing team as determined by Director, LCM
- Partner with various marketing and other verticals to ensure a level of consistency across Therabody brand touchpoints
- Create LCM copydecks and build into Figma prototypes
The Right Person Would Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in a copywriting or related digital marketing capacity
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Lifecycle Marketing, consumer journey and conversion tactics
- Experience with consumer marketing with a focus on lifestyle and/or wellness
- Lifecycle experience with a track record creating email and SMS copy for premium brands
- Experience prototyping in Figma
- Experience with user testing and building learnings back into the lifecycle experience
- Well versed across digital media platforms including email, website, e-commerce, social media, and more
- Situational awareness and a clear understanding of your audience and funnel
- Must be a self-starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multitask, set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones
- Must be results-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills

The annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $65,000. This base pay range is for the U.S. and not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, candidate’s related work experience, business sector and geographic location. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus, although incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
