The WFC Group’s WFM Sales Executives (SEs) work closely with potential and existing clients/ partnerships both domestically and internationally to build and maintain business relationships, promote The WFC Group’s services and attain service contract sales, both remotely and in person. This position is responsible for both acquiring new clients as well as for maintaining and expanding existing client and partnership portfolios; helping to further grow The WFC Group and further establish us as a leader in the Workforce Management Industry.
JOB DUTIES
Prospects, cold-calls, and qualifies new business opportunities in a direct and organized approach.
Presents and promotes The WFC Group’s services to potential clients in tailored and effective way.
Leverages marketing tools and resources to increase the success of a sale and aids in the development of new sales and marketing materials when appropriate.
Develops a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing ones.
Defines a personal sales strategy and executes it successfully.
Executes and negotiates client contracts (Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work and Change Orders) in a professional manner.
Maintains and executes on hitting sales quota goals annually.
Maintains and promotes positive working relationships and additional service opportunities with current accounts.
Supports and maintains The WFC Group’s Kronos Partnership and encourages Kronos to select The WFC Group for related business opportunities.
Documents and records all sales related activity on a daily basis in Base (CRM system).
Participates in on-going educational classes and seminars to improve and enhance his/her skills set.
Communicates with fellow team members regarding project/ client work, client challenges and provides account assistance when needed.
Executes detailed and thorough documentation on company letterhead/ templates, uses professional language and spelling.
Uses and regularly updates the company file-sharing cloud (Dropbox) with client related documentation and information.
Attends appropriate functions and conferences to promote The WFC Group’s service offerings.
Maintains a positive and supportive attitude at all times.
Achieves and exceeds Annual Sales Quota Goals.
Reports to Director of Sales & CEO.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ BACKGROUND (General)
At least 5 years of successful sales experience in IT Enterprise Level Business to Business Sales. Preference given to candidates with HCM software experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field.
Working knowledge in all Microsoft Office Products.
