Senior Product Design Manager

We are looking for an experienced and customer-biased Sr. Product Design Manager who is passionate about
our brand, analytical and innovative in their approach to acquiring and engaging customers —
someone with infectious positive energy and a get-it-done attitude. Candidates must thrive in
ambiguity, love a rapid pace and have a strong desire to learn and improve. Our preference is to
have someone who has worked extensively in US market even though they may be based
anywhere in the world.
This will be our first In-house resource in this department and therefore, will have the
opportunity to shape the future of the function. Moreover, it will be interesting for you to know
that the new product they would be primarily working on is growing by 50% month over month.
About the Role:
● Consulting with customers to understand their goals and explaining research results
● Conducting usability testing
● Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
● Creating product prototypes
● Developing personas and usage scenarios
● Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
● Assisting with content development
● Conducting competitor and customer analysis
● Working with an international design and tech team to implement your findings
Qualifications:
● 5+ years direct experience in a UX capacity
● B.A. in arts, graphics design or bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Graduate
education a plus but not necessary
● Hands-on experience and proven track record managing aesthetic, UI/UX
● Development of an ecommerce platform Fashion experience, or ecommerce platform,
as demonstrated by a portfolio resume, REQUIRED
● Comprehensive understanding and the ability to perform basic HTML and CSS editing
as well as basic knowledge of Gsuite, Office suites and
● Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of performance metrics, lifetime value
analysis
● Strong creative intuition on messaging and designs that resonate with consumers
● Experience devising and executing A/B test plans and conducting performance
analysis
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change and perform under tight
deadlines. Own results and have ample experience pivoting mid-campaign, and
responding to data in real-time in service of driving campaign results
● Deep passion about the quality of your work and how it impacts customers and brand.
