Strong experience in Functional Testing
Good hands on experience in Agile Methodology
Ability to balance onshore and offshore team
Good experience in managing SIT and E2E Testing
Ability to take decisions during critical and provide suggestions to Project stakeholders
Lead the team from front and take up proactive measurements for successful on time delivery
Strong focus on Quality and adherence to Testing protocols
Should have the flexibility to work in Waterfall and Agile Projects
Should have worked on JIRA
