We are expanding our Remote hub and looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from Latin America to be a key contributor to our growth worldwide.

We are looking for someone who can identify and engage top talent, lead end-to-end selection processes, improve and contribute to our employer brand and positioning on the market and be an active participant in Symphony's global growth!
If you join us, you would work on:
- Detecting and sourcing great engineers and connecting them with Symphony
- Conducting initial meetings with candidates, reviewing their qualifications, and initiating the whole selection process
- Coordinating technical interviews, keeping the records neat, collecting and sharing feedback in order to define a clear picture of the candidates' experience and potential fit for Symphony
- Nurturing excellent candidate experience, being responsive to candidates providing all the updates and feedback in a timely manner
- Communicating with stakeholders and hiring decision-makers
- Measuring and capturing local data and analytics when it comes to hiring
- Conducting market research related to existing talent and hiring opportunities within a particular market
- Providing the best “get-to-know-each-other” experience between Symphony and the candidates who we would like to join us (nurturing communication, building relationships, etc.)
What would make you stand out?
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, understanding of recruiting for different IT roles, technologies, and specifics related to them
- Excellent English language knowledge
- Experience in working with different stakeholders and leading selection processes end-to-end
- Being comfortable with independently choosing the best approach for each candidate and creating an exceptional selection process experience for every candidate
- Well developed analytical skills - being able to generate comprehensive reports and action items defined by gained insights
- Familiarity with some Applicant Tracking System such as Lever, Greenhouse, Breezy, Bamboo, or similar
- An adaptable, confident, mature, and flexible person
- A responsible, organized, and independent person
- Social sciences background - the emphasis is not on educational background, but rather on skillset and personality. Maybe you were studying psychology, communications, PR, marketing, languages, or something similar, which seems like an excellent fit for this job
