With ambitious growth goals, we're looking for a passionate marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic environment to join our team as a Marketing Manager. As the founding member of our Marketing team, you will report to our sales leadership and own the execution and strategy of our lead generation and brand awareness programs. You are a self-starter deeply motivated by results and have a bias for action. This role is a high-impact position that offers a tremendous opportunity to grow into a marketing leadership role within the next 9 - 12 months. Above all, you demonstrate a willingness to learn, bring a ship fast vs. ship perfectly mentality, and get excited at the opportunity of transforming how $1T worth of eCommerce parcels get shipped!
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Increase brand awareness of Swyft within our target market across North America to drive $250,000 USD worth of inbound leads before the end of the year
- Ideate, create, execute, and track marketing campaigns (search, social, events, content, email) and nurturing journey of qualified inbound merchant and delivery partner leads
- Establish and analyze metrics of key outbound communications to implement necessary changes
- Manage Swyft brand awareness and reputation on all channels to ensure Swyft is reflecting the correct value proposition.
- Manage all standardized outbound communications with existing customers
- Collaborate cross functionally to create marketing plans around product, market, and service launches
What you bring to the team:
- University/college degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- At least five (5) years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or strategic marketing; experience in a B2B, last-mile logistics environment is a strong asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral
- Demonstrated experience with analytics and KPI reporting and management
- Expert in performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing
- A doer who has the ability to drive business results at the strategic and execution level
- Iterative learner who fails fast and often

What your first 90 days looks like:
- Gain a deep understanding of Swyft’s value proposition, Swyft’s product offering, the sales cycle, and identify any gaps with current positioning statements
- Correct any major gaps between Swyft’s current and the intended value proposition
- Create a 90-day marketing campaign plan across multiple segments (search, social, email, content and events) that engages with Swyft’s ideal customer profile
- Set up reporting and analytics using a variety of tools
- Launch your first campaign!
- Deliver $250,000 of inbound leads and achieve a lead conversion rate of 20%
