What we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to push the envelope in how our respondents inform our customers' most critical business decisions. You will drive products across mobile, desktop, and backend experiences to ensure Momentive remains the market leader in providing high quality, engaged survey respondents.
Join Momentive's Insights Core product team to improve our industry-leading Response Quality and Panelist Experience products. The Insights Core team connects researchers with our global network of survey respondents, ensuring respondents are retained, engaged, and answering thoughtfully and truthfully to our customers' most critical business questions. This role will build products to serve world-class experiences for Market Research personas and continue the tech-enabled disruption of the global Market Research industry.
You will
- Drive the Response Quality and Panelist Experience product vision, strategy, roadmap and manage expectations with stakeholders across the company
- Lead SurveyMonkey Rewards mobile and SurveyMonkey Contribute web application development efforts, optimizing the user experience and improving business outcomes
- Guide backend development to optimize survey routing and incentives based on demographic profiles and quality reputation scores
- Improve customer retention and purchase satisfaction across self serve and sales assisted customer channels
- Work closely together with your engineering, design and product colleagues to align on strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies
- Collaborate with sales, success, support and product marketing to align business / go to market strategies and plans for successful product launches
- Listen to customer feedback to help prioritize and deliver key Response Quality and Panelist Experience features and capabilities from concept-to-launch
- Own and define a set of success metrics to measure customer satisfaction and business impact and utilize them in to drive initiatives
- Work with our Machine Learning team to improve the accuracy of our respondent reputation scoring models, and actions to be taken based on these scores
You have
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS
- Product management experience with large-scale services including customer analysis, market segmentation, KPI management, operational management and roadmap development
- Experience using data to solve business problems ensuring agreement on cross organizational team priorities
- Proficiency in SQL, and using data to drive product decisions
- Experience managing a complex set of products at different stages of their lifecycle and communicating the complexity simply and cleanly
- Demonstrated ability to drive impact through cross-functional leadership
- Effectively balance short-term goals and long-term vision
- Strong collaboration skills, you love helping product managers, engineers, designers, and other teams around you do their best work
- Understanding of the Market Research industry and domain
