What we're looking for
We are looking for a product leader with storytelling skills to oversee the vision, strategy and execution of the team responsible for the logged in home of the Surveys product.
You will help create engaging and delightful product features that promote team collaboration, get new users up and running quickly, and help customers to realize the value of surveys & insights. You have extensive product management expertise building and delivering high impact product features.
An integral part of Momentive's strategy to expand our enterprise presence is to provide a differentiated experience to our Enterprise users that is head and shoulders above the self-serve experience.
We are looking for an experienced, customer-centric, collaborative product manager, who can work across multiple initiatives, manage cross-functional expectations and drive teams to deliver out-sized business and customer outcomes.
You will
- Understand the existing platform and product capabilities and integration needs of our customers, and blend internal/external inputs to deliver a vision and 3 year roadmap for our logged in home experience.
- Cultivate customer empathy and develop deep insights into customer needs and how our products can help them achieve better outcomes
- Conduct market & user research, identify industry trends, undertake competitive analysis
- Develop detailed product requirements, roll-out plans and collaborate with PMM to build effective GTM (go to market) plans for your products
- Work with a cross-functional team of passionate engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product designers through iterative releases
- Drive concept-to-launch execution of key features
- Define and conduct experiments to test out different hypotheses
- Actively seek out and analyze data (qualitative and quantitative) to validate assumptions and make better product decisions
You have
- 5+ years experience in Product Management at a technology company
- Deep user empathy and ability to advocate for new features with both qualitative and quantitative reasoning
- Ability to identify, prioritize, make tradeoffs and get alignment around highest impact initiatives
- Highly desirable: Past experience as a software or solutions engineer with working knowledge of agile methodologies, coding techniques and design patterns
- Bachelor or Master degree in quantitative or engineering related field or comparable industry experience
