More about our Market Research Team and what we're looking for
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, the Momentive BDR Manager will manage a team of outbound focused Business Development Representatives, generating prospects and pipeline for Momentive's Market Research Sales Team. Within this team, you will help hit sales pipeline targets and develop skills for your sales professionals. You will work with the Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to create sales pipeline growth. Additionally, you will collaborate on improving sales operations and performance metrics for the Business Development team. Finally, you will coach, hire, and train all new Business Development Representatives for our Market Research team with the goal of promoting members of your team into Account Executives.
You will
- Create scalable sales strategies to grow the business and hit account acquisition targets
- Develop and monitor metrics to measure performance and quotas
- Provide weekly activity reports and recommendations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
You have
- You have 4+ years of sales experience in Software/Tech sales.
- You have minimum 2 years of experience managing or directly supervising a high-growth team.
- You have experience developing new sales strategies to grow the business, motivate the team, and improve operations.
- You have management skills with experience motivating and developing talent.
