About the Growth Marketing Team
The Growth Marketing Team is an integral part of the Marketing team and owns the Paid Marketing strategy and execution for SurveyMonkey’s suite of products and solutions. We leverage Paid Marketing channels to run always-on, brand awareness, and account-based marketing campaigns to capture interest and generate leads from clients and prospects within the B2C and B2B space.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our efforts to fuel bookings for our Surveys Self-Serve business and Pipeline for our Sales-Assisted business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, this role is an integral part of growing the business through the development, implementation, and optimizations across various paid marketing platforms. You have a unique combination of analytical skills and a creative mindset and are a self-motivated individual that is looking to further your career as a Growth Marketer. The ideal candidate has previous SaaS experience, ideally with a customer acquisition and lead generation model, strong communication skills and the capability to effectively report on strategy, tactics, and performance.
What you'll be working on
- Understand pipeline/bookings targets & attainment and support marketing’s role in reaching those goals.
- Support the execution and optimization of Paid Marketing campaigns to grow our global businesses; driving new paid bookings, leads, pipeline and revenue.
- Assist in the planning, creation, and implementation of content, personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing of various Paid Marketing campaigns to effectively engage target personas
- Use data-driven decision-making to interpret data, extract valuable insights, recommend actionable improvements, and report on key performance trends to analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Update ongoing reporting and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance updates and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, PMM, and Demand Generation, Creative, and Web teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, alignment with business objectives, and improve marketing results.
We'd love to hear from people with
- First hand experience building and supporting Paid Marketing campaigns for a SaaS company
- 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following channels: Paid Search, Programmatic, Paid Social, Direct Buys, Affiliate Marketing
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in paid media marketing
- Strategic and innovative, with excellent analytical abilities and proven success in executing data-driven paid media marketing plans
- A passion for learning new technologies, contributing to broader team success, and a self-starter mentality
- A team player and self-starter that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data driven decisions.
