This individual will play a key role in growing the business through the development, implementation, and optimization across various paid marketing channels (search, direct, paid social and programmatic) for our target audiences, use cases and personas across the Surveys pillar.
This is a critical role that is integral to the marketing organization, and requires cross department collaboration. In this role you must be able to handle several different tasks concurrently. This will include working closely with agency partners and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns and resources and align strategy with business objectives.
We are looking for someone who has a strong sense of ownership, highly growth-oriented and analytical to effectively measure and manage the campaigns and who will relentlessly seek to test, improve, and optimize the programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who has previous B2B experience, ideally within a SaaS sales-assisted customer acquisition and lead generation model, strong communication skills and the capability to effectively report to executives, key stakeholders on strategy, tactics, and performance.
What you'll be working on

Be comfortable with digital media channels across paid search, paid social, programmatic, native, video and account based marketing (ABM)
- Build and own a comprehensive short and long term cross-channel paid marketing strategy to meet business objectives. Develop new and innovative paid media strategies and programs to drive improvement across media channels.
- Manage the day-to-day execution; optimize programs through deriving insights from campaign data, recommend actionable improvements and report on key performance trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and executive teams showing the strategy and design of paid media programs as well as insights from a data-driven approach to media
- Share ongoing reporting and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance updates and insights in partnership with media agency.
- Manage and monitor paid media budgets. Own & deeply understand pipeline/bookings targets & attainment and be accountable for marketing’s role in reaching those goals
- Collaborate with the brand and design teams to develop ad copy, display, creative, content, and landing page designs that correctly communicate our product messaging and positioning.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate full funnel, end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Work with product growth to constantly test user flow with the intent of improving efficiency.
- Coordinate with demand generation, product management, product marketing, creative and web teams to improve marketing results.
We'd love to hear from people with
