The Sales Strategy & Execution Team supports a variety of impactful areas within the Sales Organization. We empower all pillars of the global sales organization to embody and exceed our Go-to-Market strategy. We are a curious, motivated, and impactful group focused on excellence and operational efficiency.
We are looking for an Associate Sales Strategy & Execution Partner to support our Market Research pillar. Momentive's Market Research Pillar is the fastest growing segment of our business, offering a disruptive technology that is more cost-effective and time-efficient than traditional Market Research solutions.
This role is open to candidates in the continental United States and will report to our Director of Sales Strategy and Execution.

You will
- Perform in-depth analyses on the leading, in-process, and lagging sales performance indicators to support strategic projects to drive growth.
- Support Sales Leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects that accelerate growth and improve productivity.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Business Operations, Finance, & HR to ensure healthy operations of the business.
- Take the lead in core areas such as pipeline reviews, forecasting, sales reporting & SFDC management.
You have
- 1+ years experience in Sales, Sales Operations & Strategy, Management Consulting, FP&A, or similar functions.
- Experience solving complex problems from start to finish.
- Experience operating in a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Intermediate+ in Excel), Salesforce, Tableau or equivalent tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
