We’re on a mission to make it easier for people to get affordable benefits, and we’re looking for an ambitious, passionate and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for a new enterprise SaaS platform that helps insurance agents enroll individuals in ACA health insurance plans.

You’ll be responsible for developing the positioning, messaging, sales enablement and lead generation initiatives for this strategic new initiative for Stride, driving the growth and retention of carrier clients. You’ll get to work closely with our marketing, product and sales teams while having clear ownership of key initiatives and strategies.

This is a remote-friendly position and will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Here's what you'll get to do every day:

Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for our new carrier and agent platform
Analyze our competitive market to size up our opportunity and inform our pricing & packaging strategies
Drive the development of positioning, messaging and value propositions
Lead the development of our marketing collateral and assets

Here's the experience we're looking for:

5 years experience in a product marketing role at a B2B / SaaS company, ideally in the health insurance carrier, broker, agent and/or benefits space
Experience developing B2B lead-gen marketing campaigns
Experience developing sales materials and tools for B2B sales organizations
Experience developing customer success strategies & tools
Proficient with key marketing technologies & platforms
Analytical, results-oriented mindset with strong creative streak
Strong written communication skill set
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering and design
