We're on a mission to help independent workers get their own affordable benefits, and we're looking for an experienced, data-driven and creative acquisition marketer to grow our customer base through paid marketing campaigns. This is a brand new function at Stride and an opportunity to build a paid marketing practice from the ground up!
Here's what you'll get to do every day:
Develop and execute paid acquisition marketing strategies for Facebook, Google, Twitter, Reddit and other channels that reach our customers
Market our core products including health, dental, vision & life insurance, along with our mileage and expense tracking app
Optimize your campaigns based on performance and efficiency insights
Experiment with audience segments, value props, creative, platforms and more to fine-tune our acquisition efforts
Work alongside some amazing people focused on helping independent workers achieve financial security
Here's the experience we're looking for:
2-5 years of experience in an acquisition marketing role, ideally marketing benefits or health insurance products to consumers and/or marketing to gig economy workers
Experience with all modern marketing acquisition channels, specifically paid social, SEM and ASO
Experience working in a startup environment
