• You are operationally involved: from the planning phase to initial job ads to negotiation and signature - you are in the driver’s seat for end-to-end commercial recruiting processes
• Besides being a hands-on world-class Recruiter yourself, you know how to enable your team, keep our fun alive, add positivity every single day, and focus on developing and training your team further
• With your team, drive creative and individual recruiting strategies, creative outreach campaigns (in alignment with our Sourcing function) to win talents, and build a talent pipeline with a strong focus on long-term candidate relationships
• You are always there to support the employment of our candidates with your local knowledge across various markets, your skills in collaborating with HR departments and third party providers (such as EORs), administration skills while keeping candidates calm, in the loop, and engaged

• We are entering challenging new markets - you know what to do for your business functions: ensure we follow local requirements and interviewing practices, (salary) research, benchmarking, target lists, talent attraction, collaboration with Marketing (run campaigns), etc.
• For our commercial Executive Stakeholders (C-, VP- and Director level), Hiring Managers and Partners, you are a trusted Business Partner and advisor, develop flexible but scalable workflows further while we mature, share reports and updates regularly, align on business goals, and know how to plan and forecast strategically
• Apply an individual, diverse selection approach to identify the very best Triple A talents while raising the quality bar with us, and constantly challenge the status quo of yourself and your teammates
• By utilizing candidate and stakeholder feedback from different external and internal channels, you can derive a call-to-action and implement actionables into our overall hiring strategy
• You proactively focus (in our innovation sessions and on your own) on developing and implementing innovative and creative strategies to attract, and convert relevant candidates to become Sprykees along the whole funnel

• You are focused on tracking performance, work with OKRs, know your way around essential hiring KPIs and bring ideas in developing our reporting structures further
• You identify and steer external staffing agencies, embedded internal recruiters, and headhunters at the same time

• As a passionate Senior / Lead Talent Acquisition Manager, you have excelled in (commercially focused) full-cycle experience while having gathered experience (min. 1.5 years) in building and heading a Talent Acquisition team (min. 3 people) towards success and beyond
• Ideally, you have excelled in fast-paced scale-up (high volume recruiting) environments, in which you gained a great business understanding, SaaS environment is a big plus
• You are great at structuring, prioritizing, and managing multiple challenges simultaneously and autonomously - no challenge is unsolvable to you!
• Processes and planning are your everything: you know how to build, improve and execute along globally scalable and most efficient processes, workflows and strategies
• You are experienced in conducting professional high-quality interviews via Zoom and face-to-face, know about preparing materials beforehand and gathering important information afterward, always as the driver of the process and keeping everyone aligned
• As a positive and empathic person with strong communication and negotiation skills, you win over candidates in a heartbeat, build trust internally and externally, and excite people about Spryker 
• You are a born Leader: you work towards a broader vision, keep your little herd together, emphasize collaboration amongst our bigger herd, support and respect each other, solve bottlenecks and focus on career development and coaching, act as a role model every single day

• You are on a business fluent/native English level, German is a plus but no must
