Reporting to the CMO and partnering across organization, including close partnership with the c-suite, this highly collaborative cross-functional leader will own the Corporate and Brand Marketing function, including Brand Creative, Thought Leadership, Content, Events, and Communications. This is a transformative role for an experienced creative and communications strategist who thrives on delivering big results in fast paced environments, and who is willing to dig in and do meaningful, life changing work.

What you’ll be doing: (Key Responsibilities)

Develop, communicate, and maintain a unified brand story; corporate positioning and messaging architecture; guidelines, and employer marketing that ensure we tell a consistent, coherent and relatable story that resonates across audiences (buyers, clients, members, press, analysts, job applicants, employees).
Develop and execute against a communications strategy, including public, media and analyst relations; executive communications and thought leadership; reputation management and crisis communications, to advance Spring Health’s position as a disruptor and leader.
Elevate and refine our communications, thought leadership, brand design, and events efforts to further establish our position in the industry and increase brand awareness across audiences.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure every touch point with our prospects, customers, and members is world class and aligns with our brand strategy; understand that every interaction with our product and employees is the foundation of our brand.
Work closely with Marketing Team and cross-functional leaders to conceptualize, message and implement campaigns and creative themes that resonate with target audiences and create a measurable bias to action.
Build, coach, and lead best-in-class teams, including Creative/Design, Content, Communications, and Events professionals.

What we expect from you: (Qualification ex. education, experience, etc.)

10+ years of Corporate and/or Brand Marketing Experience in an innovative, high-growth, technology or healthcare company that’s known for brand excellence (prior experience at a brand and/or communications agency also a plus)
Proven success collaborating with executive, marketing and product teams to build a strong, unified, and highly regarded brand.
Proven experience building and leading effective Brand and Corporate Marketing teams, inclusive of Creative & Design; Content & Thought Leadership; PR; and Events.
You lead by example, ready to dive into the weeds on execution -- but able to zoom out and navigate high-level strategy.
You craft compelling narratives, make simple and concise communications look easy, and have a strong ability to context change across audiences throughout the course of your day.
Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of management as a tactical and strategic partner, coach, and advisor.

You can navigate vagueness and drive clarity.
And, it’s a plus if you have an understanding of the Mental Health and/or Health Insurance industry and landscape
