Guide operational organizational change with a clear sense of risk vs reward

Ensure that processes are aligned with the overall strategy and positioned for current and future success
Support our focus to become a metrics-driven organization by taking accountability for the development of day-to-day performance metrics while ensuring outcomes aligned to effective and positive employee experience; use metrics to demonstrate and communicate; partner with the supporting teams to build and share reports/metrics/dashboards that are meaningful to stakeholders and measure performance, volumes, customer happiness & quality.

You have been a manager of managers.
10+ years of pre-sales engineering leadership experience.
6+ years leading inside-se or virtual-se teams.
Authoritative experience in global service delivery on a large scale.
Experience in leading organizations with multiple layers of leadership.
The bulk of your experience has been in the software industry most recently working with sales engineers selling saas products.
Willing and able to travel up to 40% (under non-pandemic circumstances).
