Sparrow transforms this ordinarily tedious, error-prone, complex to remain compliant, and time-consuming process into a 30-minute end-to-end experience saving teams time (20 - 40 hours per leave) and money (up to $30K per leave).

Our company is growing rapidly and we are excited to hire a Senior Demand Gen Marketing Manager. We are looking for someone that knows how to build and scale paid lead generation programs. This role will have a tremendous impact on our inbound and outbound sales motions and be a core component of the Marketing organization.

Here's what you'll do:

Drive revenue through an array of online lead generation programs. You’ll have demonstrated experience building programs from scratch; based on set KPIs and budgets; across a variety of lead acquisition channels.
Own affiliate marketing. From identifying new publishers, to contract negotiation, to implementing them onto affiliate platforms, standing up this kind of program will be old-hat to you as you’ll consider every variable from KPIs like CPC, CPAs, CPLs, to how we manage the lead flow of them into Sales.
Own PPL marketing. Describing the difference between inbound PPL and outbound PPL to you would be unnecessary. As well as how to best manage the lead flow between the two different kinds of sources. And knowing how to scale these programs is as simple as understanding the KPIs and budgets for them.
Always be testing. With new partners, design layouts, CTAs, and more to increase the efficiency of any of the lead generation programs implemented.
Collaborating with Sales. We rely on quantitative data as well as qualitative to improve our programs. You’ll work closely with Sales so they have an understanding of how we’re investing, what lead flow volumes to expect, how to route leads, and more.
Consistently report/analyze results. You’ll have a keen sense for data and have actively worked in systems like SFDC to create your own dashboards; to not only give visibility to programs on an on demand basis, but to utilize for quarterly business reviews.

Here's what we're looking for:

A top performer. You’ve managed Demand Gen Marketing programs in a high-growth company for 3-5 years.
Martech stack adept. You’ve implemented affiliate platforms and understand how they are integrated into CRMs like SFDC, as well as marketing automation platforms.
Learner’s mindset. Highly self-directed, adaptable, and up for feedback and implementation in a fast-paced, always changing environment that has high-performance expectations while working collaboratively. You have a desire for helping customers and colleagues while defining and optimizing Demand Gen by working cross-functionally.
Customer and product-obsessed. Leave is complicated, complex, overwhelming/stressful. In order to excel in this role, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of how we help our customers to create more marketing programs to drive lead acquisition.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Clear, empathetic communicator able to balance rapport and problem-solving. You are great at communicating through email, chat, phone while displaying active listening skills and having strong follow-through and prioritization of time management.
