Product Manager - SaaS for Providers

About Providers:

Providers are the supply of our marketplace, they might call themselves agency, studio, partnership, or even consultants. One thing is clear: they are talented experts looking for their next clients.

About SaaS:

The traffic and project we are able to generate only exist because we provide an engaging experience for providers to create and update their profiles. We gather a ton of high value user-generated data: Reviews, Works, Services, etc,.

The goal of the SaaS for Providers is to guarantee we can attract, engage and retain those talented firms in our web application and become their all-in-one Marketing and Sales solution.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of customers' challenges by performing user interviews, research and data analysis.
• Create and communicate a product vision and a set of product principles
• Translate the business strategy in a product strategy that you then work on implementing
• Scope and prioritize activities to solve customers' problems in a way that serves the business
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Work closely with the Product Designer and Tech Lead of your squad to find balance the best solution for the identified problems
• Drive product launches in close collaboration with product marketing
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience or 2+ years in a similar role / environment
• Fluent in English
• Proven work experience in product management or in the development of an innovative product
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Engineering
