Manager, Performance Marketing

JOB OVERVIEW
Soko Glam is looking for an analytical and driven performance marketer to join our Marketing team. The Manager of Performance Marketing will be responsible for driving efficient new customer acquisition across our paid search and affiliate channels. This team member will lead the strategic plan and day-to-day management of these highly important channels, ensuring we’re scaling and growing our ad activity in a productive, efficient and agile way.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing and Director of Marketing on the development of growth strategies to optimize all marketing channels and improve conversion funnel
- Provide best in class consumer/web experience by developing end-to-end solutions from idea conception to operational implementations
- Develop and execute digital innovations to stand out from competition and maintain leadership in digital direct-to-consumer space
- Manage all marketing channels and oversee existing, and development of new, online channel activity including SEM, SEO, email, affiliate and display / retargeting ads
- Maintain weekly performance dashboard and analyze against KPI metrics on an ongoing basis, continuously assessing results and making adjustments to campaigns/future plans based on performance to optimize and gain marketing efficiency
- Analyze website traffic to fully understand consumer path to purchase and optimize while educating internal teams on best performing/worst performing content and pages to improve overall site experience
- Oversee overall site experience, categorization and site merchandising. Partner with Customer Experience team to improve user experience, design, content and conversion
- Develop and manage relevant marketing budget and negotiations for all third party resources
- Implement and manage customer feedback methodology to continuously evaluate Soko Glam’s customer rating
- Collaborate with brand marketing and other cross-functional teams for campaign execution
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years performance marketing experience
- Beauty industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excels in fast-paced, high-volume and deadline-driven environment
- Proven strategic, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong communication, organization, and influencing skills with impeccable attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
- High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion
- Ability to work extremely well across functions, successfully bringing people together toward common goals and to consensus
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Go-getter: sense of urgency: Exceptional project management experience and ability to work well under pressure
