Responsibilities- Identify, engage with and use customers to help them move through the customer lifecycle to influence bookings, deepen affinity and build brand advocacy.
- Drive customer advocacy program and cultivate customer advocates for peer-to-peer references for sales, customer testimonials, 3rd-party review sites and co-presentation opportunities.
- Analyze and understand key customer segments to develop compelling messaging and marketing offers, as well as provide insights into customer needs and behavior.
- Creation of customer CSAT programs that convert strategies into executable, measurable initiatives and achieve target retention and satisfaction goals.
- Play a key role working across business areas and regions to develop in-person and virtual experiences that delivers improved customer experience and adds to the customer retention and growth strategy.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment, ideally enterprise software and/or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in running customer-centric marketing programs.
- Excellent grasp of B2B customer marketing, product marketing, and B2B customer journey concepts.
- Experience with CRM automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Gainsight), marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Hubspot, Marketo), and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required.
- US work authorization and criminal background check are required.
