Sioux Group has collaborated with Phenom Scientific Instruments, a global leading supplier of Desktop Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEMs), to develop digital solutions based on analytical instruments. Phenom mainly focuses on imaging solutions for submicron scale and nanoscale applications.

We have introduced a range of high-quality, cutting-edge instruments and equipment from overseers, including the VSParticle automated nanoparticle deposition platform (Netherlands), Forge Nano powder atomic layer deposition system (USA), Technology Linda ion milling/thinning instrument, DENS solutions in-situ transmission sample holder (Netherlands), and NEOSCAN microscopic CT (Belgium). These additions aim to improve analysis accuracy, enhance instrument efficiency, and reduce labor costs.

Our Scanning Electronic Microscopes (SEM) -based systems are used in a wide range of markets and applications, such as material science, electronics, nano-particle, biomedical sciences, textile fiber and geological sciences, etc.

Phenom Scientific Instrument (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the Chinese exclusive agency of Phenom-World is responsible for marketing and sales of Phenom Desktop SEM in China to provide the professional technical support and testing services.

Phenom Scientific Instrument (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has a highly qualified application supporting team; it has built test centers and service centers in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu. Nowadays the users of Phenom Desktop SEM in China are more than 1000.

As part of our development strategy, we are currently looking for a talented Sale Engineer to distribute Desktop Scanning Electronic Microscopes (SME) and expand Vietnam market. The aim is to bring intelligent, efficient, and reliable institutions to Vietnam.

Job Description:

Our daily responsibilities include:

• Quickly and accurately understanding the needs of customers (universities, research institutions, government entities, and large industrial enterprises) regarding scanning electron microscopes, recommending the most suitable models, and facilitating the sales process.
• Keeping up to date with the latest market trends in scanning electron microscopes, collaborating with the team to expand the market within the assigned region and industry.
• Establishing and maintaining positive and strong customer relationships, nurturing existing clients, and developing new customers.

We expect you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as materials, chemistry, physics, or biology
• Experience in selling Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) products or having at least 1 year of relevant instrument sales experience.
• Strong work ethic, proactiveness, and perseverance.
• Determination and a never-give-up attitude.
• Good physical and mental health, able to adapt to frequent business trips.
• Strong innovative mindset, excellent communication skills, and strong execution capabilities.
• Strong sense of prioritization, team spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant knowledge of customer segments and industries.
• Self-management skills to fulfill assigned regional tasks.
• Good English language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
