Marketing Coordinator

As Simplifyy’s first Marketing Coordinator you’ll be pioneering all of our promotional efforts and managing our online presence. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic, passionate, and flexible marketing professional with the ability to deliver integrated marketing programs. This position requires hands-on execution with the day-to-day coordination and program management of all aspects of the initiatives and campaigns. Other Responsibilities & Duties:

• Responsible for posting and advertising properties and their available units across multiple platforms
• Creates and manages content through social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
• Researches, tracks, designs, and implements successful marketing campaigns both online and offline
• Work alongside internal teams to collaborate and offer high-touch solutions based on the needs of the business
• Report on marketing data, competitors, campaigns, using a proactive approach in identifying new trends
• Plan and organize promotional presentations
• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics in order to support sales staff
• Accomplishes organizational goals by taking ownership of assigned projects and initiatives
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• Outstanding skills in communication, copywriting, presentation, proofreading, and research (using data analytics software)
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
• Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
• Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email promotion
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
