We are looking for a data analyst who will support our customers with insights gained from analyzing data and delivering various analytic projects such as benchmark reports, data trending and predictionsThis role will work closely with multiple internal teams to assess customer needs and to deliver solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Data analyst (remote)
Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer business workflows and drive supporting data analysis
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in sophisticated data sets
Conduct exploratory investigation on data points to identify areas of concerns and/or importance to customer
Handle analysis request lists and set expectations related to delivery or completion of tasks/requests
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques
Document analysis requirements and work; supervise and report on progress
Act as the liaison between the customer or internal customer-facing contacts and the analytics solutions team to explain and analyze results
Technical skills
Must have solid experience in excel (pivots, analysis)
Must have ability to perform data analysis on their own using some raw data
Must have some bi reporting background (looker experience is a plus!)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
Simple sql development experience is nice to have
Some basic understanding of key database concepts
