About the Role
You are passionate about translating ambiguous problem statements into crisply framed challenges and actionable milestones. You’re an effective collaborator with experience working cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes and drive interconnected experiences for our audience. You have extensive experience in utilizing data and analytics to plan engaging marketing programs and using multiple marketing technologies and touchpoints to deliver the programs. You will utilize cohesive messaging to expand the reach across channels to drive demand and new customer growth from engagement through conversion.
What you will do
- Plan, organize, and execute key strategic initiatives across the entire customer journey and expertly d manage a cross-functional approach to drive new customer growth and engagement.
- Plans the optimal mix of Reputation, Demand Generation, Sales enablement and customer engagement programs.
- Drive coordinated planning across SecurityScorecard on a prioritized, cross-business, cross-audience set of global programs
- Partners across the organization to build and prioritize framework for the global marketing community to leverage
- Forecast, measure, analyzes and reports on the impact of all campaigns and programs
- Collaborate cross functionally to drive increased acquisition, engagement, conversion and customer growth.
- Work with our marketing and sales teams to become a specialist on the company's lifecycle funnel - from web visitor to customer and everything in-between.
- Document all processes and update as needed.
- Global Marketing Program Manager will report to the VP, Demand Marketing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional programs and projects in a complex and ambiguous environment
- Problem solving capabilities that combine long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
- Ability to develop measurable program plans and report on outcomes
- Experience scaling motions across sales and customer success teams, from self-service, freemium offerings to enterprise offerings
- Proven project and budget management skills
- Power user of marketing attribution software (Bizible preferred), project management tool (Jira preferred), marketing automation software (Marketo preferred), CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience working in a fast paced, matrixed B2B SaaS marketing team.
Additional Qualifications
- Cybersecurity/SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience in creating end-to-end reports in partnership with the Marketing Operations team to enable accurate lead capture, attribution, and analysis
- Experience with in a B2B context with both channel partners and direct sales force
- Global experience
- Experience with SiriusDecisions frameworks, models and best practices.
