Gelt | Senior Frontend Engineer (Full-Time, Remote)

On behalf of Gelt, SD Solutions is looking for Senior Frontend Engineer.

What is Gelt? The first product of the company is tax automation and optimization platform for digital and service-based businesses. Gelt helps creators, angel investors, freelancers, and more to streamline, optimize, and file, their business and personal taxes.We are looking for someone who has:

• 5+ experience working on web-based frontend systems in production environments
• Experience with modern tools like ES6, React, Redux, Vue 3, Flux & Webpack
• Ability to work independently, while also sharing knowledge and best practices
• Full professional English proficiency (spoken and written)

• Build the company's core product's frontend from scratch
• Be a critical part of our R&D founding team
• Create and manage our design system's Storybook
• Work closely with our Head of Design to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of our UI
• Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend
• Implement an analytics framework to ensure we can measure everything that's happening (Amplitude)
• Own features end-to-end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics
• Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile, production critical environment
