We are looking for a candidate who will be a key member of our enterprise solutions team to support and assist our enterprise sales and partnership teams in designing and presenting route solutions to prospective clients and partnersAs a member of the revenue organization, you will help drive our go-to-market strategy with responsibility for the pre-sales processIf you thrive in the pre-sales process, we`re interested in working with you!
What you`ll do…
Become a subject matter expert (sme) for multiple products and solutions, including staying up-to-date on new features and functionality
Quickly learn customer needs by facilitating discovery sessions in tandem with our sales and partnership teams
Conduct customer facing technical sales calls as needed by the team
Deliver `art of the possible` and `pathway forward` insights to customers and prospects
Work closely with the sales team to support account development and sales projects
Develop and deliver targeted & specific product demonstrations to enterprise executives & decision makers
Work closely with product and engineering teams to scope, define, develop and deliver enterprise solutions
Partner with internal teams and customers in developing and executing value aligned pilots and pocs
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine messaging and positioning of route solutions
Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on customer needs and product opportunities
Assist assigned sales teams in responding to technical requirements included within rfp/rfis

4+ years of saas, enterprise-level solutions consulting experience
Value-oriented sales approach
Proven skills in solution selling or pre-sales environment
Technical proficiency in enterprise software-as-a-service environments
Experience in developing business cases and customer stories
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to facilitate team discussions
Experience working in e-commerce
Experience driving innovation in an enterprise saas pre-sales environment
Experience with leading e-commerce platforms, erp, crm, 3pl and fulfillment solutions; including netsuite, sap, and salesforce
