Summary:
The Digital Marketing and Growth Manager reports to the VP of Marketing and is responsible for planning, executing, managing, and reporting on all online programs including search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, paid social and paid media across multiple platforms and geographies. This role is a key contributor in managing Rootstock’s lead generation strategies from the website and is a data driven marketer.
This is a remote position, based in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Rootstock’s SEO strategy and ensure that target page and keyword rankings are met
- Take a hands-on approach with content generation, coaching copywriters on SEO and landing page best practices
- Oversee the strategy, development, posting schedules and maintenance of social media profiles and local listings.
- Working with an agency, you will be responsible for guiding campaign strategy, media planning, and execution across multiple paid search, paid social and paid media channels.
- Optimize and test programs and content throughout the buyer's journey with attention to ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, and A/B testing
- Manage and track online marketing budget which includes: SEO, SEM and ABM
- Partner with our creative team for interactive ad and campaign program development
- Support integrated campaigns with innovative approaches to acquisition and brand awareness advertising
- Monitor Rootstock’s online brand reputation and online customer reviews, maintaining a positive online reputation and collaborate with other teams to increase number and quality of reviews as necessary.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product, audience, and the buyer’s journey
- Partner cross-functionally with campaigns, content, product marketing and customer success on development and implementation of a coordinated multi-channel customer acquisition strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- 3+ years of website/SEO/digital/online marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS environment, and 5+ years of marketing experience
- Agency Management experience and knowledge of HTML is a plus!
- Experience with keyword research, google analytics, link building tools, and other SEO tools (Moz, search console, etc)
- Ability to collaborate with content, creative, and campaign teams to execute on plans
- Experience managing online advertising budgets, agencies, and integrated campaigns
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to demonstrate leadership, initiative, motivation with a hands-on, “get it done” attitude
