Pega Developer (Customer Decision Hub) (Remote)

Role Description:

As a Pega Developer with expertise in the Customer Decision Hub, you'll play an instrumental role in utilizing Pega’s AI-driven software to create and drive real-time decision-making solutions. Your contributions will help shape the customer journey, ensuring that each touchpoint is personalized and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to comprehend project requirements related to customer decisioning.

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega's Customer Decision Hub to drive next-best-action decisions.

• Integrate CDH with various channels ensuring consistent and relevant customer interactions.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega development and Pega Guardrails.

• Participate in design sessions, conduct code reviews, and provide input to ensure the scalability, performance, and usability of applications.

• Provide solutions for data-driven decisioning, predictive modeling, and adaptive strategies within CDH.

• Collaborate closely with data scientists, if applicable, to fine-tune models used in decisioning.

• Monitor and optimize strategy outcomes to achieve business objectives.

• Document application designs, use cases, and test cases.

• Stay updated with Pega's new features, especially within the CDH space, to continuously innovate and optimize the decisioning capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of one years of experience as a Pega Developer with a focus on Customer Decision Hub.

• Certification in Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) or higher. CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) is a plus.

• Proficient in Pega decisioning capabilities, including Predictive Analytics Director and Adaptive Decision Manager.

• Demonstrated experience in decision strategy design and implementation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
