About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Managed Services Engineer L3 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting complex IT environments, providing high-level technical expertise, and ensuring seamless operations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud services, infrastructure, and security protocols, with a focus on Azure, MS365, and on-premises infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Support and administer Intune for device and application management.
• Handle MS365 implementations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Manage on-premises infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Work with Citrix and Netscaler to ensure seamless application delivery and remote access.
• Oversee and support the full MS Windows stack, ensuring operational continuity.
• Implement and manage security protocols, including Security+ best practices, across all platforms.
