ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to the growth of the Sales department we are looking for a Global Head of Sales Enablement to maximize the impact of Revolut’s salesforce through world class onboarding, skills development, communication management and knowledge management. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in a fast growing organisation that is data driven.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Build and operate a robust new hiring onboarding program that quickly turns new hires into knowledgeable, highly effective SDRs
• Implement programs to uplevel the skills of existing SDRs and Sales Manager
• Create a communication program to ensure SDRs have all of the latest information and updates that are relevant to their role
• Enhance Revolut’s existing knowledge management solution to empower SDRs to self-source information
• Develop a world-class Sales Enablement team that leverages the latest research and cutting-edge technologies
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• A minimum of 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 in sales enablement / training in top tech company
• At least 2 years managing a Sales Enablement team
• Experience with B2B sales, development and implementation of enablement programs and a bias for action and speed
• Experience building, implementing and improving processes and operations as the business scales
• Healthy career growth with a strong track of progression
