The training program lasts for 6 months and exists as learning and development platform for individuals who seek careers in digital media.

This entry level opportunity pays $15 per hour. We will be considering our trainees for advancement opportunities at Response Mine Interactive at the end of the 6 month training cycle. The advancement includes an increase in pay.

We are ultimately searching for a passionate, team-driven, ambitious individual who can take initiative and has a deep desire to continually test and learn.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Passionate about interactive marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with working knowledge of Excel and Outlook software
• Analytical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Eagerness, can-do attitude
• Focus on constant self-improvement and learning
