As a Senior Lead, Brand Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to develop dynamic brand strategies for numerous operating companies developed at Redesign Health. This fast-paced work serves as the strategic blueprint for the Foundational Brand Identity we deliver to Founders of our operating companies.
What you will do:- Craft compelling brand strategy narratives by pitching ideas, engaging in productive discussions, and bringing key stakeholders along in the process and rationale
- Lead the brand naming process for each company, informed by the brand strategy, and draft foundational copy libraries for each Founder
- Participate in vision & mission workshops with Founders of our operating companies
- You have 5+ years of experience working in copywriting, brand strategy or content strategy
- You have experience in B2B and DTC healthcare branding
- You have worked at an advertising agency or have been a self-employed contractor– experienced in working with many diverse brands and leading non-marketing stakeholders through your strategic rationale
- You have developed the foundational promise of a brand that informs naming and visual identity development
- You have developed brand strategies for multiple companies
- You are an experienced copywriter
- You have worked on multiple brand naming projects, giving you an understanding of the nuance of marrying brand strategy and personality/tone with the restrictions/requirements of trademark and domain availability
- You are skilled at organizing your time by leveraging tools such as Monday.com, to meet deadlines while managing a high-volume of work
