Systems specialist – salesforce, sales operations and enablement - remote
Job summary:
The system specialist - salesforce, sales operations and enablement will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the realogy franchise group tools, systems, and processes from a sales and operations lensThis role will report to the director, franchise sales operations and work directly with the systems specialist – microsoft dynamics, franchise sales senior leadership team, sales team members, individual brands, and internal shared service departmentsThe specialist will embrace the opportunity to provide recommendations to enhance the internal sales process, be knowledgeable in reporting metrics, provide support and thought leadership on various strategic initiatives within the department, and interact directly with the sales team.
Role responsibilities:
Effectively communicate, collaborate, onboard, and train franchise sales team members to successfully implement new strategies and programs to improve business processes and help achieve team goals as well as franchise sales objectives
Assist leadership and liaise with shared services on sales related initiatives, processes, enhancements, and rollouts
Act as point of contact between franchise sales & internal shared service departments to track and manage reoccurring issues as they may arise
Provide recommendations on process enhancements and organizational efficiencies
Be the “subject matter expert” (sme) on salesforce crm and provide primary support to the sales team
Provide back up support on the microsoft dynamics crm
Assist in the development and maintenance of leadership kpis in salesforce for international and domestic sales
Manage all functions and training relating to salesforce including mobile adoption and utilization
Assist in the development of ongoing training materials and content including videos, ppts, 1:1 trainings for fsds and management level roles
Foster strong working relationships and promote cross-functional collaboration amongst shared services, realogy/sales slt, and brands to ensure timely response to deal-related matters, expedite deal approvals, and delivery of franchise agreements
Identify, develop, and communicate best practices on sales and deal processes to enhance the effectiveness of the franchise sales team
Develop, distribute, analyze, and interpret reports based on the needs of slt and sales team members
Manage and participate on strategic projects and initiatives as needed
Additional responsibilities as needed by leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/system support related experience
Proficient knowledge of crm systems and related application experience
Advanced knowledge of microsoft suite, including powerpoint, word, excel (vlookup, pivottable)
Exceptional ability to collaborate in a team environment, while taking ownership of individual results
Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Accuracy and thoroughness in executing projects, procedures, and work
Positive and professional attitude with a sensitivity to confidential issues and attention to details
A `get-it-done` entrepreneurial spirit
Willingness to take on more responsibility and add value to processes and procedures
Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of staff, both internal and external, regardless of background, culture and viewpoints
Data analysis skills a plus

The base salary range for this position in colorado is $55k to $60k.
