We are seeking a highly-motivated, experienced, relational individual to lead Qntfy’s sales efforts. To put our products and solutions into the hands of people worldwide, we need a professional who knows how to sell. A mission-driven and passionate Sales Executive will be the leading force that fuels growth and enables Qntfy to impact more lives. The ideal Sales Executive will have proven success in sales/marketing in B2B digital health. You see every potential customer as an opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Location: This a work-from-home opportunity, you can be anywhere in the US to work with us.
Duties Include:
Develop plans and strategies for growing business and achieving Qntfy’s sales goals, implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales; identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans.
Help create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
Research, source and connect with potential customers. Strategically negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales.
Drive sales by building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance; have a keen understanding of the customer's needs and identify gaps for upsell opportunities.
Speak confidently about digital health technology and the Quinn platform and its capabilities and benefit proposition to prospective customers.
Manage your own pipeline and work activities through CRM, maintaining accurate information and up to date forecasts on all prospects.
Stay current with company offerings and compile and analyze data to identify industry trends. Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the product team to drive offerings that solve the customer’s problems.
Provide status updates with market and customer feedback to the leadership team. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate:
Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications and a proven track record of success in a B2B digital healthcare market.
Excellent understanding of B2B prospecting and sales best practices and proven ability to find creative solutions to project challenges and new opportunities.
Is a creative prospector, both experienced with traditional tools (email, cold calling) and comfortable experimenting with new technologies.
Can quickly assess a business situation or scenario and quickly develop and drive plans to address challenges or capture opportunities.Has excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Is highly motivated, driven and self-starting, and able to manage multiple opportunities while looking for new business.
Has comprehensive and current knowledge of digital health and industry trends.
Is organized, attentive to detail, and believes that great process leads to great results.
Mastery of communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
Has strong networking skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining a client network.
Has an entrepreneurial spirit; enthusiasm and vision about converting cutting edge data science into commercial applications.
Mastery of technologies required for success on the job such as: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, etc.Will be willing to travel as necessary.
