We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team!
The perfect candidate loves a fast paced environment, has an entrepreneurial mindset, and is capable of multitasking and prioritizing a wide range of duties as a core liaison between our campus representative and account manager team. You are constantly finding new ways to increase sales, build our brand and grow our presence on college campuses nationwide. Previous involvement in Greek life is encouraged but not required.
Area Sales Manager Position Details
- Permanently remote position
- Starting anywhere between $40k-$45k a year
- Full time - five day, 40 hour week with occasional overtime
Area Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Sales mentor & coach for our campus manager network - providing necessary tools & insights to succeed on their campus, tailoring strategic sales and marketing plans, working through sales objections, marketing materials
- Laser focus on sales region, helping to energize campus team and increase sales on campus
- Constantly striving to exceed monthly and annual sales & hiring targets for assigned region
- Perform bi-weekly follow-ups with current campus manager team, and looking at non-represented campuses to find leads to growth opportunities
- Pull monthly and annual sales reports to analyze and strategize with campus reps ways in which to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide campus rep with monthly sales goals with an emphasis on retaining previous year’s business while also identifying new opportunities and large events that can be targeted to increase sales
- Identify campus reps that are underperforming, graduating, or inactive, and proactively scout for additional support to build presence and business on campus.
- Assists with transactional work when needed
Area Sales Manager Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail, Salesforce preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Management experience preferred
- Fraternity or Sorority affiliation desired
- Experience in sales or as a brand ambassador or campus representative
