PrimeGov, a Rock Solid Technology company, is looking for a passionate and dynamic Technical Support Analyst to join our Customer Success team. This position will focus on deeply understanding customer requests, analyze root cause, troubleshooting, documentation, and ultimately providing an excellent customer experience. This role will be responsible for the ongoing support of the PrimeGov customer base for Agenda Management, workflow, and video streaming solutions. A successful candidate will take the initiative to learn new skills and creatively solve problems. The ideal candidate will enjoy customer engagement, problem-solving, and have a pleasant can-do attitude to deliver consistent results and delight customers.
