Podium helps local businesses connect with their customers via text/SMS so they can request payments, collect reviews, make appointments, and sell products. We currently help over 100K local businesses thrive, but we are just getting started. With over 10 million local businesses in North America alone, we have a huge opportunity to significantly impact the lives of our customers. But we can’t do it alone.
We need someone who knows how to get the value of Podium into the hands of millions of potential customers. As VP, Growth for Podium you will build and lead a world-class team of growth marketers, responsible for online acquisition across digital, organic, web, and any exploratory channels in addition to building and optimizing self-serve acquisition. Partnering closely with product, brand, and the broader marketing team, you will be responsible for helping Podium dramatically increase the number of businesses we support.
What you will be doing;
- Partner with various cross-functional teams to scale, and optimize Podiums self-serve funnel
- Build and lead teams across web, conversion rate optimization, performance marketing, and SEO
- Experiment and test new methods of customer engagement and acquisition
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure ongoing cross-channel performance, education, testing results, best practices, and industry insights
- Partner with Data, Engineering, and Product to improve Podiums understanding of Paid and Organic performance and to unlock additional opportunities to scale
