Growth analyst (f/m/d) at Planetlyorg

What would be your mission?

You will work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales and customer success teams to analyze, optimize and implement scalable processes along the customer journey
You will manage the business planning process by modeling all revenue targets (pipeline, new MRR, retention, upsell, per country, per channel, etc.)
You will work on a variety of revenue innovation projects: price optimization, variable sales compensation, customer activation, mid-market, upsell strategy
You will train internal teams on new tools, new feature adoption, or changes to existing tech stack processes
You will document and improve revenue generation playbook and processes across all departments (sales, marketing, customer success, talent acquisition, product etc.) and ensure flawless daily execution

Who is our best match?

You have a university degree (Bachelor and/or Master) and are fluent in English (C1, C2)
You have at least 2 years of successful strategy consulting or experience as Operations Manager or Analyst (marketing, sales, customer success or operations)
You have analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
You have a tech-savvy, hands-on mindset with the desire to improve processes and challenge the status quo
You have a high level of initiative and self-motivation and a passion for working collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a big plus
