You will be an important part of the Customer Support team, assisting with external data migration from our clients' systems into the Planetly software.
You will work both in the front end of the software, setting up accounts and performing data entry, and the back office, uploading calculations performed by other teams.
The data sets are mainly processed via Excel / Google Sheets and usually in close cooperation with Planetly's internal teams or external client teams.
From your experience with our customers, you will develop a clear perspective on key software developments around carbon management. You will document your insights and share them with the product development team.
These contribute to the development of our future product roadmap, as well as to the optimization of our processes in the area of Customer Service Operations.
