- Creating (new) concepts for community engagement 
- Onboarding of new community members 
- Facilitating & stimulating of community conversations 
- Creating & publishing content to stimulate activity (articles, explanation videos etc) 
- Identifying & sharing best-practices around climate action & success 
- Managing our FAQs, glossary and company knowledge base 
- Liaising with clients & partners
