The Role:

As a member of Human Resources team, you will work closely with our Recruiters to develop a strategy to find high quality candidates for Project Controls and Scheduling for the Aerospace and Defense Industry. You will act as a partner, consultant, and advisor with our recruiters and HR team by developing, driving, and executing strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive and niche market. We will lean on you to aggressively attract passive candidates.

What Will You Do:

• Generate pipelines of high quality, passive candidates by utilizing robust, creative, and outside-the-box sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive talent.
• Design top-of-funnel strategy alongside Recruiters, serving as the subject matter expert on the competitive landscape and on creative sourcing techniques.
• Identifying passive talent using Boolean, LinkedIn, social media sites and more – know how to go where the talent is.
• Successfully use a variety of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.) to source and engage talent pools.
• Conduct initial screens with candidates to qualify their experience to ensure they will meet our high standards, and share detailed information about the role, the team, and life at our client with candidates to generate their enthusiasm about the team even further.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Aerospace and Defense Industry, and detailed understanding of what talent is needed to fill our open positions.
• Track and analyze activity metrics and leverage data to drive recruiting performance and improve overall recruiting efficiency.
• Stay current on external recruiting and hiring trends to influence sourcing strategies while continuously sharpening your sourcing tools.
• Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity.

What You Will Need:

• 1-2 years of recruitment sourcing experience in a corporate and/or agency environment, instead you no longer want to be bound by requisitions but to focus on building critical talent pools and developing communities of engaged talent.
• Experience recruiting in a consulting environment is a plus.
• Proven success delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods to fill the candidate funnel.
• Grit - Ability to work successfully through ups and downs of recruiting cycles and continue to stay motivated and positive.
• Partnership skills, action-oriented mind-set, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence – an ability to build authentic and long-lasting relationships.
