Data Transformation (Change Management) - 8120

Description:

To assist in planning and documenting the migration plan for consumer applications and processes from on-prem Cloudera Hadoop data lake to Azure cloud data lake; the focus would be on changes needed to support upcoming migration of CECL Data Management

Requirements:
Have experience in large scale data lake transformation efforts.
A Strategy and Organizational Change consultant who can influence stakeholders with written and oral communications.
Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with client’s Change Management methodologies.
Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
Lead/facilitate meetings with stakeholders to jointly develop a change adoption plan.

Preferred:
Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification
