What You'll Do...
At PSPDFKit, product development is a collaborative effort between engineering, sales, and marketing. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping set product direction by being the internal champion for our customers. You will do this by gathering, learning, and analyzing our customers' needs and creating a roadmap in alignment with the product vision that optimally juggles engineering costs, potential revenue, and what is best for the product and our customers.
Product roadmap. You will work closely with our teams to build and execute on the product roadmap, identifying and prioritizing features through customer insights that improve customer engagement and grow revenue.
-Customer feedback. You will talk to customers to understand their challenges and needs, manage and curate our customer insights database, balance existing priorities with these inputs, and translate them into clear product updates.
-Influence. Work to define product strategy, evaluate and balance trade-offs between functional work and technical debt.
-Lead. Lead product initiatives, develop milestones and be accountable for the delivery of products through partnerships and collaboration.
About you…
-3+ years experience in software product management
-Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
-Experience leading and coordinating with cross-functional teams and prioritizing high impact activities
-Experience with product analytics and ability to use data to guide decision making
-Understanding of UI/UX design concepts and principles
-Exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational skills
-The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
-Not only shipped new products but is obsessed with continuous product improvement and can optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium, and large releases
-Experience with ProductBoard is an added plus.
This is a remote position based in Central Europe Time or Eastern time US.
