We are hiring a Market Research Analyst to conduct qualitative and quantitative studies as well as perform ad hoc research on the document technology market. The Market Research Analyst will be responsible for generating analysis, insights, and reports that support the Product and Marketing teams. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills coupled with intellectual curiosity to drive results.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with a variety of internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and timeline.
Collect quantitative and qualitative data by planning, managing, and executing primary and secondary research (this includes outreach and interviews).
Conduct analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Synthesize findings in research briefings, reports, or presentations.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience required in market research in a B2B technology environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral); advanced presentation skills.
Demonstrated hands-on ability to design studies, implement methodologies, write questionnaires, analyze data and report on results.
Strong organizational skills and proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced understanding of the technology sector.
