PrinciplesUs is looking for a hands-on Director of Marketing to join our startup team. Your role will be to develop compelling marketing strategies that drive PrinciplesUs SaaS sales and expand the brand footprint of PrinciplesUs, along with associated certification and partner programs, among HR professionals and organizational psychologists. Reporting directly to the GM of the business, candidates require a demonstrable portfolio of SaaS marketing experience that will enable them to independently manage the marketing function and be a key contributor to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B customer acquisition and retention through an integrated set of marketing tactics (e.g. SEO/SEM, Email, and Social).
- Improve engagement and conversion metrics throughout the marketing funnel.
- Set, communicate and measure KPIs for all marketing and demand generation programs with a focus on maximizing marketing dollar ROI.
- Collaborate with the GM, Sales and Product teams to roadmap strategic growth initiatives and ensure Marketing is aligned with corporate strategy.
- Hands-on management of all email marketing programs that drive conversions, upgrades and retention.
- Manage public facing PrinciplesUs.com website experience.
- Develop sales and product marketing collateral.
- Research, write, and publish content for blogs, white papers, and more.
- Continuously analyze and develop a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Manage company events including webinars, trade shows, and other marketing programs.
- Support the roll-out of and joint marketing programs associated with strategic partnerships
Skills & Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/technology marketing.
- Acquisition and lead generation experience.
- Well rounded marketing athlete with demonstrated understanding of email automation and modern digital advertising techniques.
- Agency management
- Self-directed, reliable and accountable with solid leadership skills.
- Able to generate excitement, both internally and externally.
- Experience within a fast-changing, start-up environment (flexible and adaptable).
- Knowledge of the HRTech and/or personality assessment space desired
- Bachelor’s degree required
Location
- This is a fully remote position with the exception of required attendance at quarterly in-person, multi-day meetings in the NYC/Southern CT metropolitan area for business planning, team building, etc...
