About the Role
As a product operations manager, you will own and operationalize new cross-functional product processes that help drive alignment and deliver value to the business and to customers. You will ensure products are ready for launch by creating documentation, defining and measuring key product success metrics, and managing the rollout to both our users and internal stakeholders. You will help create the proper feedback loops between respective departments and the product team, gathering user insights & feedback from internal stakeholders, surfacing key trends with data, and triaging issues to create great products for our customers. You’ll be a key strategic partner to product managers and help drive their roadmap forward.
