We are looking for Product Owner who is responsible for delivering products, as part of an agile product team. You will be responsible for breaking product vision down into user stories, prioritising and defining product features and functionality, measuring and reporting impact against agreed KPIs, and ensuring the product vision is realised.
What you will do:
Own a core product end-to-end: collecting user insights, testing and validating assumptions, prioritisation, go to market strategy, delivery and iterations.
Work closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to understand the product vision, and ensure it is delivered on time, to scope, and within budget and profitability targets.
Own and prioritises the product backlog, gather and validate product requirements, and document epics, stories and acceptance criteria for product delivery. Optimises for speed to insight/market and maximum impact.
Lead a product delivery team of engineers and designers within an agile environment, ensuring the team has a clear understanding and are working towards the product vision, scope, priorities, sprint goals etc.
Evaluate prioritisation decisions through product validation methods (split testing, data analysis, prototyping, customer research etc).
Monitor product delivery impact on objectives, reporting progress to business stakeholders (product demos, delivery reports etc).
Escalate product or team risks/blockers/gaps to Product Manager and Project Manager.
Identify potential product opportunities and communicate with Product Manager for further exploration and evaluation.
What you will need:
You have 3+ years experience creating customer facing products, ideally in high paced environments.
You will need to be comfortable with lots of ambiguity and shifting priorities.
You know how translate to blue sky thinking and ideation into to tactical delivery scope.
You have strong empathy for customers, and can identify their current and future needs.
You have experience working in a cross-functional team, involving research, design, engineering, data analysis etc.
