Head of Amazon Sales Channel (Remote)

Purpose / Mission
As the Head of our Amazon Sales Channel your main responsibility is to grow our Top Line Amazon Revenue (not Sales) by 30 % within the first 12 months while keeping our Gross Profit at 17%. In addition, you'll be in charge of launching 3-6 New products within the first 12 months in the EU Amazon Markets (UK, FR, ES, IT, DE, NL, SE). You’ll also spearhead expansions to the JP and North American (US & CA) Markets. You’ll need to Maintain Top 10 Ranking for Main keywords on All products on the Matured Markets. You’ll also be involved in expansion projects (Building an Amazon Presence) for other Group Companies, if/as necessary. Finally you’ll be in charge of Managing (and potentially hiring) a Team for the Amazon sales channel.

Amazon High Level:
Create and Execute a Defence, Growth & Launch Strategy for Amazon to reach our 12 month Goal, which also includes reporting to the CEO .
Amazon - Grow:
Launch 3-6 New Products in Selected Amazon Markets by the end of the first 12 months.
Each Product MUST sell a minimum of 15 units per day per marketplace post launch.
Grow Existing Markets:
DE - Unit Sales 400 units per day.
UK - Unit Sales 200 units per day.
ES - Unit Sales 400 units per day.
IT - Unit Sales 200 units per day.
FR - Unit Sales 100 units per day.
Expand our Current Products to NEW Selected Amazon Markets:
US - Unit Sales 50 units per day
JP - Unit Sales 50 units per day
NL - Unit Sales 20 units per day
SE - Unit Sales 20 units per day

Amazon - Defend:
Maintain Top 10 Ranking for 15 main Keywords on Mature Markets by Defending our Positions.
Conduct Monthly (Delegate to the Team):
Split and A/B tests for Listings (Price, Images etc..)
Plan and Execute Amazon Ranking Sales Campaigns
Amazon - Manage:
Building + training (hiring) and Managing a Department / Team, which includes, but not limited to:
Amazon PPC Specialist
Designer
Media Buyers for Google & Facebook
Customer Happiness department to support with tickets.
Two to five (2-5) Country Managers in charge of assigned Markets.
Maintain 98% Service Level on Amazon
All Products in Stock in coordination with the operations department
Seller Feedback: 95% positive, in coordination with our Customer Happiness department
Manage, in coordination with the Customer Happiness Team Lead, that
Ticket response time below 12h
No Negative Reviews on the first page of a listing page.
Coordinating with other Teams (Operations, Finance etc… on key sales initiatives)
Amazon PPC :
Manage the PPC specialist Agency on the team so they can do their work orientated to our goals, within the deadline and budget.
Conduct Monthly:
PPC, AMS & DSP in addition to ongoing other Optimization.
ROAS: 3.5
ACOS: 30%
TACoS: 15%
Organic vs. Paid Purchase rate:
70% Organic / 30% Paid.
Increase NTB Customers by 30%
Increasing CLV by 30%
Sales estimates and reports
Monthly estimates on how the sales estimates may vary so the finance department can adjust their budget.
Weekly reports on sales and issues /solutions to be implemented.
Previous experience:
You have managed the amazon marketplace for a growing company and have successfully scale up their sales
Previous experience in ecommerce is an advantage as it gives you the overall perspective of the whole sales function for a company.
Ideally you have managed big PPC budgets (you will not be doing PPC on daily basis, but it is always good to know how it works when scaling up)
